Welcome to Learning and Technology Services (LTS). Our goal is to provide efficient, easy-to-access IT services for UW-Eau Claire campus community members. Through collaboration with others, we continue to develop innovative solutions to enhance information technology, learning, and teaching. Whether we lend our support to technology, infrastructure, or people, we are committed to the goal of excellence in education at UW-Eau Claire.

Learning and Technology Services (LTS), with offices located on the first and second floors of the Schofield, performs a wide variety of learning and technology services for UW-Eau Claire students, faculty, and staff. The LTS Help Desk offers a central point-of-contact for the unit's services, and provides technical support for University-supported software and hardware.

LTS Help Desk
The LTS Help Desk is the front line of support regarding learning and technology services. We coordinate the referral of faculty, student and staff questions to the appropriate resources. We are available to help through phone, email and in-person consultations.
